UFC 116 Suicide Pool I (Round III) Rules & Payouts :

1) Players must pick one winner for each of the fights offered in the Suicide Pool on the Main Card & the winning fighter on the fight offered in the Suicide Pool on the Under Card which is the Brendan Schaub vs. Chris Tuchscherer bout.

2) No need to pick the method or round, but two or more incorrect picks eliminates a player from the pool.

3) Picks must be entered before 7:00 pm ET on July 3, 2010 as this thread will automatically close on that date and time.

4) This event continues until there is a winner(s)... if everybody loses, the game continues until there is a clear winner(s).

5) The Suicide Pool I (round III) is closed.



Round 3 Prizes & Payouts :

1st Place : 40,000
2nd Place : 20,000
3rd Place : 10,000

The top 3 players will win the prize amounts available after each round and if there are ties, the prizes wil be divided between the winning players after each round.

If a 2-way tie for 1st Place occurs, the 2 players tied for 1st Place will split the 1st & 2nd Place prize amounts and there will only be the 3rd Place amount available for the player or players in 3rd Place.

If 3 or more players tie for 1st Place, those players will split the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place prize amounts and there will be no other prize amounts awarded for that round... and the pool continues until there is a clear single 1st Place winner.

If there is only one 1st Place winner & a tie for 2nd Place, the players tied for 2nd Place will split the 2nd & 3rd Place amounts and there will be no other prize amounts awarded for that round.

If there is only 1 player that remains in the pool, that player is the winner of the Suicide Pool and collects the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place amounts.

The players that continue on to the next round will be elligible to win the progressive Prize amounts in each of the successive rounds.

In each successive round of the Suicide Pools the Prize amounts double from the previous round, until there are either 1, 2 or 3 winners... so the Suicide Pool ends when there are 3 or fewer players left and a clear 1st Place winner is evident.

Please Note :

Only members listed below are eligible to take part in Round III... if any members would like to play in a Suicide Pool that missed-out on the Suicide Pool I, just create a thread requesting a Suicide Pool II and we'll see what we can do to put something together if there are enough members interested.

In Round II of the first Suicide Pool, MMA Crypt Suicide Pool I : UFC 115 - Liddell vs. Franklin (Round II) (http://mmacrypt.com/forum/showthread.php?10063-MMA-Crypt-Suicide-Pool-I-UFC-115-Liddell-vs.-Franklin-(Round-II)), only 11 players entered their picks & 15 were DQ'd for not entering their picks.

All players that entered their picks and made it into the pool were eliminated from the pool again, as no players picked less than 2 incorrect picks... so all players not DQ'd split the the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place prize awards equally and continue on to Round III.

The 11 players listed below were all winners in Suicide Pool I - Round II & shared the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place awards equally.
