And just like he greatest armbar defense to date Video. I have tried these and I can promise it works just like it does on the video. I usually hate these types of videos cause it never ends up like it does in the vid, well this one it does. That I can promise. This vid should come with a 100% guaranteed results but it doesn't. So just try it at home guys. ;)
