Alright My question today is what is your favorite sumbmission or Stand-Up Techniqe.

I Guess I'm First so my favorite submission would have to be either the Darss' Choke and Arm Triangle.

Oh yeah My Favorite Stand-Up Techniqe would have to be just a Plain-old Head Kick

hmmm, well I don't train MMA so mine will be a bit different. My background is wing chun & Silat. So favorite stand up is a straight vertical punch to the throat. My subs are a bit limited. I can defend them ok, I'm not easy to tap but I'm not much of a threat on the ground either to tap many. But the sub I've landed the most would be a guillotine. I've landed a few triangles also but again, not my strong area and not something I spend a lot of time training from the sport side of things. Silat works very well on the ground but it means somebody is going to be leaking really bad while I'm running away even faster ;)

Triangle and head kick are the best.

Favourite submission: Standing guillotine (then pulling guard if escaping) or standing kimura
Favourite stand up technique: Right roundhouse kick to leg/body/head, or big overhand right.

Favorite Submission: Omoplata.
Favorite Stand-up: (assumed left lead) Inside leg kick -- normally to inner-calf -- to right uppercut. It lands fairly often.

Haha, it's funny because the website just says "Shoulder Crank" but it almost looks like a reverse armbar to me but either way it's a Mir Lock and I'm good with that for sure!

Mir Lock is nice because you can usually get it on someone who is playing mostly defensive in guard work... I pull it most of the time when guys go to there safety position while in my guard. It helps that no one knows what it looks like... They just dont know what there in for until that tight tingling sensation of your ligaments and tendons tearing kicks in... :P
