I watched about three to five minutes of trying to get past the fact that they need to use subtitles so we can understand guys like Spinks, got really depressed about that, and changed the channel to WEC Wreckage.

Now, if there's one really, really good boxing documentary that is also really wrenching, it's HBO's Assault in the Ring. If you guys haven't seen it, check that shit out. Probably one of the more depressing boxing stories I've heard. If you don't know about it, it'a about this guy who not only took padding out of his gloves for a major bout, but also had plaster cast on his hands instead of regulation hand wraps. He destroyed his opponent's face and ruined the guy's life. I personally thtought something like wwas completely shocking, but then I remembered that Antonio Margarito got caught with that crazy plaster shit in his gloves before the Mosley fight, and the fact that a lot of peple think he did the same thing before his fight with Miguel Cotto, when he bashed Cotto's face up so bad. Shady shit man...
