I Just sperated/ripped a muscle in my shoulder.It's been about Two and a half weeks and I can start doing everyday stuff and some training, but I can't wrestle or pretty much do anything that would irratate my arm.I've been icing it and taking some Ibuprofen here and there Do you guys have any tips to help it heal any quicker so that I can start training a little sooner?

As much as it sucks, let it heal buddy. Sometime deep rubs can help get the blood moving into the damaged areas a bit better but don't rush back.

whatever you do dont over use it right now. i learned that the hard way after separating mine during a baseball game. went out the next game about a week later and eversince then ive had issues. take it easy for awhile and work it very little, but dont let it stiffen.
