UFC 114 Suicide Pool I (Round I) Rules & Payouts :

1) Players must pick one winner for each of the fights offered in the Suicide Pool on the Main Card & the winning fighter on the fight offered in the Suicide Pool on the Under Card which is the Cyrille Diabate vs. Luiz Cane bout.

2) No need to pick the method or round, but two or more incorrect picks eliminates a player from the pool.

3) Picks must be entered before 7:00 pm ET on May 29, 2010 as this thread will automatically close on that date and time.

4) This event continues until there is a winner(s)... if everybody loses, the game continues until there is a clear winner(s).

5) Click here to enter your picks - (the Suicide Pool I - Round I is closed)


Round 1 Prizes & Payouts :

1st Place : 10,000
2nd Place : 5,000
3rd Place : 2,500
The top 3 players will win the prize amounts available after each round and if there are ties, the prizes wil be divided between the winning players after each round.

If a 2-way tie for 1st Place occurs, the 2 players tied for 1st Place will split the 1st & 2nd Place prize amounts and there will only be the 3rd Place amount available for the player or players in 3rd Place.

If 3 or more players tie for 1st Place, those players will split the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place prize amounts and there will be no other prize amounts awarded for that round... and the pool continues until there is a clear single 1st Place winner.

If there is only one 1st Place winner & a tie for 2nd Place, the players tied for 2nd Place will split the 2nd & 3rd Place amounts and there will be no other prize amounts awarded for that round.

If there is only 1 player that remains in the pool, that player is the winner of the Suicide Pool and collects the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place amounts.

The players that continue on to the next round will be elligible to win the progressive Prize amounts in each of the successive rounds.

In each successive round of the Suicide Pools the Prize amounts double from the previous round, until there are either 1, 2 or 3 winners... so the Suicide Pool ends when there are 3 or fewer players left and a clear 1st Place winner is evident.

What a night of fights... we all were eliminated !!! :lol:

This one was a gimme for all players... we all continue to the next round because we all got 2 or more fights incorrect !

So... the Suicide Pool Continues on and since everybody was eliminated we all will share the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place awards !

So that's 17,500 divided between 26 players = 673 crypt cash for each player.

We can do them for any event, but I have no problem and would rather start a separate Suicide Pool for any of the other organizations.

We can have a couple different Suicide Pools going on at the same time... we're working on some things to make the Pools & Contests easier to distinguish one from the other in addition to being able to separate & organize them.

As soon as we get that done, we'll do as many as possible.

I'm trying to get my brother Chuck to help out, but it's baseball season so when he can pull himself away from the screen he might be able to help.
