I kind of agree, but also don't mind when he involves himself to stop someone cheating and it affects their positions, don't cheat and it don't matter. It is a bit different when it affects the opponent though, but there's really not much can be done about it, the guy is doing something he shouldn't, I prefer the ref moving to eliminate it and keep the fight flowing, than stopping and starting again, but obviously if it's a blatant foul the fight needs to be stopped. I'm not actually sure where the line is on these things, but if Goddard was doing wrong, it would be talked about but I don't really see anything on it(and by talked about, I mean the commissions and media, who actually know the rules, allegedly!)
