I'll add to this weekend when I have some time
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

After racking my brain trying to come up with a list, I came to the conclusion I don't watch enough MMA anymore to give thoughtful and accurate opinions on most of these awards......some I can comment on but most I just don't see enough anymore.

Event of the year I'd say was UFC 231....just looking back on Wiki for all the events, this one stands out as easily being the best IMO.....232 was so underwhelming I thought.

    Male: Gotta be D.C
    Female: Gotta be Nunes
Referee: Easily Goddard, he's the standard bearer now
Worst fight: Chuck/Tito....what a fucking disgrace of a fight

Really, 232 was underwhelming? Aside from the Jones nonsense, I thought it was great. Really good fights and finishes from top to bottom of the card. Hard to say it wasn't full of hype, even if it was for the wrong reasons, and it had easily the best moment of the year in MMA for me with Nunes' win, I think that's the only fight this year that made me really shout out loud and jump out of my seat.

I'm kinda with you on not watching enough(even though I still watch every single UFC fight!)…...but for me this was the toughest year since I started watching MMA to recall the big moments and fights. And usually I have a good bunch of other MMA than just UFC to refer to as well, but I don't think I've watched very much at all outside of the UFC in 2018.

Yeah I thought Jones/Gus was at best an OK fight...kinda boring really, Nunes/Cyborg was good, Mendes/Volkanovski was great....Chiesa/Condit...meh, Latifi/Anderson..kinda a snooze fest until the 3rd. AA/Harris....put 99.9% of people to sleep....Cat/Meg.....potential for a good fight but lasted, what 30 seconds with a fluke ending. Hall/Penn...I mean...ok but nothing great....the rest I didn't see, but the fights I did see....yes, very undewhelmiong
